"Singulair can be taken with or without food, and a once daily, usually in the evening for asthma or at about the same time each day for hay fevers. This medication is not recommended in children less than 15 years old. Singulair is a leukotriene receptor antagonist used for the prevention and long-term treatment of asthma."
