The treatment of the following infections due to susceptible micro-organisms respiratory tract infections, infections of the middle ear, bronchitis and pneumonia. Additional antibiotics should be avoided entirely while you are taking Cephalexin you may experience one or more of the following infections caused by parasites, viruses or fungi. Stopping the medication too early may allow bacteria to continue to grow resulting in a relapse of the infection.
